Those jewels 7 of them are real.
One piece is fake.
Fakes are difficult to distinguish, because they resemble other jewelry.
But it's a little heavy.
You have a balance and you can only use it twice.

First weigh three diamonds against three others.If the weights are equal, weigh the remaining two against each other.
The heavier one is the counterfeit.
If one of the groups of three is heavier,
weigh two of those diamonds against each other.
If one is heavier, it's the counterfeit.
If they're equal weight, the third diamond is the counterfeit.
